We’re dog lovers. That’s why we do what we do for a living. We’re passionate about providing an alternative to traditional dog boarding.
Our mission is to provide an environment filled with love and a place to call a home away from home while you’re away from your dogs. While most doggy daycares and boarders treat your pups like clients, we’ll treat them just like we treat our own. As long-time dog lovers, we understand that every dog has their own unique needs and quirks and will provide a level of unmatched care for your furry family members while you’re on vacation, out of town visiting family, or away for a work conference.
What sets us apart from other dog daycare and boarding businesses is the level of attention and care that we give to your doggos—we treat them like family.

Marcel
My name is Marcel. I'm a dedicated husband, and father to both of my human children, as well as my furry son, Auggie! I have over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, with a passion for customer relations and providing positive customer experiences. As a lifelong dog lover, it felt only natural to head up the administrative side of Happy Paws K-9. I have embraced the dream of building this business from the ground up, even studying dog behaviors so that I can help managing the pups, too! I feel so grateful to merge my passion for people with my love of "man's best friend." This business has been such a blessing to my family, and I know it will be to yours, too.
Auggie
My name is Auggie and I'm an English Labrador Retriever. I don't want to brag, but I am a fully-trained service dog, which means I am a natural pack leader. I love to help show your pups the ropes by leading them with my own great behavior. For this reason, I am a key part of every meet & greet with all of the pups looking to let loose and have fun here at Happy Paws K-9! I take my job very seriously and make sure to meet all new pups by the obstacle course, walking them through the trails, and setting them at ease as they get used to the new space. I also love small humans, playing, and going for walks with my awesome family. I can't wait to meet you!
